$10 special until MIDNIGHT 17/02/19
FOR EVERY $10 RAISED A BEAR OF HOPE PACKAGE WILL BE DONATED TO A NEWLY GRIEVING FAMILY IN DYLANS HONOUR - THIS IS NORMALLY AT A COST OF $50! PLEASE HELP US GET LOTS OF BEARS INTO THE ARMS OF PARENTS WHO SHOULD BE HOLDING THEIR BABIES INSTEAD!
My name is Jennifer and i lost my third born son, Dylan John Nicholls in 2013 to SIDS. This year marks both what would be his 5th Birthday and also the 5th Anniversary of his passing.
Bears of Hope have been an invaluable source of support to me since i became 1 of every 4 mothers who experience some kind of pregnancy or infant loss. This year to mark Dylan's 5th Birthday and Anniversary i would like to raise $5500 to fund 110 Bears of Hope to be distributed in his memory.
Dylan lived for 110 days, and therefore i would love to donate a bear for each day of his life to be distributed through hospitals around Australia to parents who are otherwise about to face heading home with empty arms.
These bears do so much more than just give us something tangible to hold on to. They are provided as part of a support pack filled with information and the connections to support networks that last a lifetime. As some of us know all too well, grieving the loss of a child never ends.
Please, if you can spare even $1 - it all adds up. Otherwise sharing takes two clicks and is free.
I am hoping to reach my target amount by August 10th which is his Anniversary.
